Fritter is a friendly and playful dog, possibly a Basenji mix. When he sees people or other dogs, his tail starts wagging. He is playful and he loves to crawl into your lap. He gets along with any dog that can handle his puppy spirit. Fritter would benefit from a fenced in yard because he has lots of puppy energy in him. His date of birth is 4/27/17 so he is close to full grown at 46 pounds. He is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on his shots. Fritter is waiting for his forever person to adopt him and give him the home he deserves.
