Meet Pixie

Pixie is about 12 years old. She has personality and spunk, she is loving and sweet. A cuddle-muffin, affectionate, easy going and fun, Pixie is ready for a second chance. She has been having difficulty mastering house-training, this may be due to the habit or remembering the extreme pain and stress her bladder was under prior to surgery. She may learn to go outside when she has to go...but she may not. An incontinence pad on the floor can alleviate this issue, an easy fix. Keeping Pixie on her vet recommended diet will help her body resist growing more urine crystals, she will probably need to strictly eat this medical food for her whole life. Pixie is a lower energy kind of girl, she does not need daily hikes, she just needs love...and a home.
