Petey Labrador Retriever & Boxer Mix Normal, IL

This is Petey, a 1-year old male Labrador Retriever/Boxer mix who weighs 37 pounds. Petey is very food and treat motivated and these traits will come in handy with further training. Petey is currently being treated for heartworm. His new owners will need to work with us on appointments for further treatment. Wish Bone will provide all heartworm treatment costs but only through our vet. We think this handsome guy would be good with kids over the age of 8 years old. He is a typical 1 year old dog who still has a lot of playful energy to burn. He is very active and would benefit from a large fenced in yard or someone who is looking for a running/jogging partner.

His minimum adoption fee is $225 plus a $10 fee for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
