This sweet gal is new to the rescue and so well behaved. Her temperament is gentle, kisses galore, and energy level for a dog her age (approximately 6 years old) is still spunky. She enjoys long walks in the burbs, playing with toys in the yard and cuddling with her foster humans. Her household behavior is great; Brownie is potty trained, knows a handful of commands and actually doesn't mind being in her crate when her humans are away. When it's time for bed she starts out on her own but quickly moves in for a snuggle.

We've noticed that Brownie does have some separation anxiety when left alone without being crated, and though this has improved with time, we'd still recommend crating when no one is home. Brownie adores everyone who comes through the door and though she hasn't previously lived with kids, she has such a wonderful temperament she'd likely be a good match for a home with people of all ages.

While out for walks she will need some coaching as to not chase rabbits and squirrels. As soon as she gets some energy out of her she walks like a dream.
She's the only pooch in her foster home but does great greeting other dogs when out for strolls and at events.
