Meet Upendi
Upendi came to ADOPT in February of 2017 when her owners could no longer keep her. She was born in February 2015.
I know that I am special and, once you get to know me, you'll see that's true. I'm a little social bug who will greet you the minute you walk in the room. No long introductions needed. I'll love you as soon as I meet you.
I'm still a kitten at heart and love to play with wand toys or laser lights. Since I am pretty active, it shouldn't take long for me to work off the few extra pounds I've put on.
Do I like other cats? Uhh, not so much. I can tolerate them as long as they keep their distance but I much prefer the company of people. I've never met a dog but not sure I want to. Kids are fine as long as they show me respect.
I'm a healthy lady. Never had even one sick day in my life.
