4083 Nexus Lhasa Apso & Poodle Mix Springfield, MO

My name is Nexus and I am looking for a new family. I was found as a stray and no one came for me. I am about 1 1/2 years old and weigh about 18 lbs. I kinda have long legs. I am a Lhasa Apso/Poodle mix and I'm really cute. Here's a little bit about me. I wasn't treated very nice at some point in my life so I am a bit fearful at first until I know you are one of the good guys. I might even hate you for a minute but if you give me a few minutes I will be the cuddliest dog you will ever meet. My foster mom says I give great hugs and she loves it when I sit in her lap and bury my head in her neck. By the way, I didn't like her at first either but now I LOVE her. I love other dogs but I might be ok as an only dog if you are home with me a lot. I need a home without a lot of people coming and going since I am afraid for a little while. I love walks and car rides. I am crated trained and housebroken if I am on a schedule. I'm still learning what "hold it" means. No small kids for me please.
