Momma Shawna came to Saving Paws last year pregnant and ready to pop. Volunteers helped her care for her puppies and spent lots of time ensuring Shawna had lots of love and attention too, which was easy considering how sweet and loving this girl is. She was a favorite of all the
volunteers because of her sweet nature. She loves every person she meets and wants to play and cuddle. Shawna spent some time in a home and was doing well until she started jumping the fence. The last time she ju
mped the fence, she went after a neighbor’s small dog and thus, we need to find a new home for Shawna. This girl is as sweet as they come, but seems to be selective with other dogs, so she will need to be the Queen of her castle

Shawna is housebroken, walks well on a leash and is just
a sweet, easy going gal. She loves to be with people and is good with everyone she meets. Because she can jump, she’ll need a home with a tall, secure fence and no other pets. She loves to roll over for belly rubs and nothing makes her happier than getting lots of love and attention from people. An ideal home for her would be with a family that will continue her training, provide lots of love and comfort for her and give her a stable home. As far as easy dogs go, she’s as easy as they come, but needs to be an only dog.
