Meet Whiskers

Meet Whiskers! Mr. Large and wants to be in charge but is more like the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz! Whiskers is sweet loveable boy who will avoid all conflicts. He occasionally hisses back at others but as soon as he does he walks away to hide. He is not afraid of humans and loves to sit and talk the day away with you. His favorite past time is kissing you. And kissing you some more. Whiskers has a few meds that go with him. He is a champ about taking them. Super easy to give pills or liquid too. He has some intestinal issues that cause him to get a bit backed up. Whiskers is fussy about his litter and would do best with 2 boxes and and someone who scoops it each day. Are you looking for a handsome boy who loves people? He will spend hours following you, sunning himself and talking to you. Whiskers is hoping for a nice home that understands he needs his medication and special food. If you are looking for someone to offer a home to that is in need of a special place give this guy a second look. His adoption fee is sponsored for an approved applicant.

Before applying for this cat, please think the decision over thoroughly and make sure the whole family is in agreement. Owning a cat is a huge responsibility that is not something that should be rushed into. Each cat from Rescued Treasures has been saved from an uncertain future. If you are thinking about adopting, please remember it is a LIFE-LONG commitment. Cats can live to be at least 14 years old...are you ready to take care of him/her that long?
