Pidge Husky & Labrador Retriever Mix Decatur, AL

Sweet Pidge is a 52 lb 1-2 year old Husky/Lab mix. In her young life, she’s had little stability. According to reports, she lived next to a fast food restaurant until a family let her follow them home. There, she lived outside on a chain or in a pen and never saw a vet. One day, she got loose and as luck would have it, a member of of Alabama Boston Terrier Rescue found her. The family agreed to allow ABTR to get her seen by a vet and find her a new home.??

Pidge is testing heartworm negative and her vaccines are all up to date. She is now spayed. She loves everyone she meets, loves other dogs and is learning about toys. She’s invented a new game: she watches her play ball roll down the steps and then goes and retrieves it to start again! She loves naps in the sunbeams and at night, will nap in your lap. She is still young-spirited and has puppy antics; if she gets bored, she will seek out things to chew, and she has a history of escaping if left alone outside. She is so smart and will do well if taken to obedience classes.

All our rescues have been fully vetted, tested Heartworm negative, current on all shots and spayed or neutered, unless age or health prohibits. They are fostered in AL, GA, or MS.

Six to Twelve months - $400
One to Two years - $350
Two years and Older - $300
