Meet Sox and Shadow

This is Sox and Shadow. They are a bonded pair. Sox and Shadow were living under the wheelchair ramp of an apartment building and were being fed by some of the tenants. When the landlord threatened to evict the tenants if they continued to feed the cats, Hearts to Homes was called. These boys are very timid and will require some patieince. Their foster home is giving them lots of love and attention to help them overcome their shyness. They would do well in a family with no children.

Both have been neutered/vaccinated/microchipped and treated for fleas/worms. Shadow tested negative for FIV/FELV but Sox has tested positive for FIV. FIV is not easily transferred to other cats - it can only be spread to other cats through a deep bite. It cannot be spread to other animals or humans. Cats can live long happy/healthy lives with this virus. They would do well in a home of their own.

Sox and Shadow deserve a chance at a safe and caring home. Hope you will consider opening your heart to these two boys.
