Hey there, my name is Allie, I'm a 5 year old female Poodle-Shih Tzu mix. I must have had a hard time of it in my 5 years on this earth because I'm still a pretty timid little girl. I need to make sure I have a loving and patient forever family to help me transition from a breeder dog to a pet dog. Because I'm so cautious and timid still, little kiddos are not best, and I definitely need a fenced yard. I need time to warm up to people, but once I know I can trust you, I will take a treat from you and follow you from room to room. I'm fine with other dogs and a well socialized dog will help me to adjust to home life a little quicker.
Veterinary Care: All Hart-2-Heart Rescue Foster Dogs are spayed/neutered, current on Parvo/Distemper, Bordetella and rabies vaccines, heartworm tested, on heartworm prevention and professionally groomed. Additionally, if needed, our foster dogs have had teeth cleanings and any necessary tooth extractions.
An all adult home with a fenced yard is required to adopt from Hart-2-Heart Rescue. For more information please contact h2hadoptions@gmail.com. There is an application process and an adoption fee. Please inquire only if you are willing to come to Greensboro, North Carolina to meet our dogs once we schedule a home visit. We will not ship dogs or put them on transports. Adoption fees range from $250-350.
