This cute little guy was an owner surrender to the shelter with another dog, due to landlord issues. The other dog was adopted leaving Snowball behind. He is a little shy and scared, but he is growing more confident with each day. He does tend to guard his female caregiver against any males and he also resource guards his toys. Both of these are correctable habits and we are working with his fosters to help them implement guidelines to extinguish this behavior. He seems to be more comfortable with women than men but he does warm up quickly. Snowball is the sweetest, most lovable boy who loves to cuddle and walks well on a leash. He is a well behaved little guy and almost never barks. He feels best when he takes the initiative to approach strangers, not them approaching him.Snowball would make a loving companion for any home; he just needs to make himself comfortable on his own time.
