Teddy Havanese Mix Garland, TX

Hi, I'm Teddy! I'm going to put it out there right up front, I am a bit fear aggressive and also have some separation anxiety. Other than that, I'm a super fun-loving and charming little guy. I have not shared much of my background with my Foster Mom yet, but she doesn't mind. She says that once I figured out she was not going to hurt me and learned to trust her -- which took all of about 30 minutes of her just ignoring me -- I've been a super sweet man. Since joining her household I've learned where to potty, to sit for treats, not to duck every time she pets me, and I've learned to like my crate. It's my safe place but I don't like to be in there if my Foster Mom is home. If she's here, I want to be close to her. I'm really liking this snuggling thing; it's cozy. I'm also learning to let others greet me. This is good because they all have treats! I do great with all my foster siblings. I've been told about something called a cat. I'm not sure if I like them, but other pups are great fun. While I'm getting better with meeting new people, I'm especially partial to women... men still scare me a bit. My ideal home would be with an individual who will continue to work with me and help me be all I can be! If you will take the time with me, I promise to be your best bud for life! I’m still a bit unpredictable when meeting new people, so the group is not recommending me for apartments or homes with children.
