Meet Portia
They call me Portia and I am a 9 month old Shepherd lab mix. I am the energizer bunny and I have enough energy for us all. I love to romp and play with toys and I would make an excellent running/jogging partner. I would love to have kids to play with too but it would probably be best if they were a little older since I am still learning my manners myself. I already know the commands sit, shake, and down and am working on sit stay. You could teach me even more too because I am so smart! I can't wait to find the people that I will get to grow up with, could that be you?
All of our dogs are up to date on vaccinations, given prescription strength wormer and flea preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. All dogs are temperament tested prior to becoming available for adoption. Individual results of these tests are on file at the shelter.
