Why me, a sweet, eager to be loved dog, is stuck in a shelter is unknown. I am so adoptable and so cute!

I like older children and adults. My life was so hard before I am to the shelter. I was a stray that had to survive on my own for a long time, and my family before that just saw me as a creature to be thrown our. So, I came to the shelter with trust issues, but I am so much better!

I love the volunteers, but, if you have another dog, I would need to meet him/ her to see if we get along. When I was a stray, I had to scrounge for food, and sometimes, I can see other dogs as competition. But, I have had a lot of work on that problem and I am much more social.

Older children would be best because I don't like to be picked up. That scares me.

I weight about 40 pounds, have had my vaccinations, and I am very healthy.
