Meet Bruiser-DAWGS
Meet Bruiser, an adorable, 8 llb., 9month old Chihuahua boy. He is cautious but affectionate and friendly. He enjoys playing with his squeaky toys and other small dogs. He is fine with cats.
Brruiser was recently chosen for the DAWGS in Prison program, http://www.dawgsinprison.co.
The dogs selected for this program go through an intense 8-week training session and live with their trainers, handlers and caretakers in a dormitory style work camp. All of these dogs have had an extensive temperament test and get along well with other dogs and people.
They are available for adoption now and will go home with you after graduation on January 11.
The dogs are all crate trained, house trained, and basic obedience trained. They can be expected to sit, stay, recall, down, heel, and respond to no and leave it. The dogs are also well trained on a leash.
Bruiser is up to date on all vaccines as well as neutered. Applications for this dog are available online at www.dawgsinprison.com . Applications are required for meeting and adopting.
