Our dog adoption fee includes the spay or neuter, microchip, up to date vaccines and 6 months of heart worm preventative.
Please fill out an adoption application if you are interested in any of our adoptable dogs. The application can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net under the Adopt From Us Tab. The application can be emailed to adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net or dropped off in person during our business hours.
Our counselors will get in contact with you once we've received your application. Questions may not be answered if you have not yet submitted your application.
Please do not call the front desk with questions about our adoption program, as our receptionists are not involved with the adoption program.
Once we receive your application, we will contact you within 72 hours.
