Arrival story: Bear came to WT after his family could no longer care for him.

Approximate age / weight: 7-8 months and 47 lbs.

Personality: Bear is a friendly, lovable boy with a zest for life! He loves playing with other dogs and being around people. Bear attends doggie daycare and plays well with other dogs. He is a young pup who is learning not to jump up to say hello and is working on his basic commands. Our happy guys is treat motivated and eager to learn and ready for his forever family to teach him awesome things. Bear hasn’t been introduced to cats but does well in the car and at the vet’s office.

*Bear currently lives with a toddler, however, needs to be monitored as he likes to jump up to say hello and play nibble.

**Currently Bear lives with other dogs in his foster home and gets along great with them.

Forever home: Bear would do well in a variety of family situations. As a young dog with a higher energy level, he’ll need a daily outlet so a home with a fenced yard is ideal, another canine companion, trips to doggy daycare, walks, are all great ways to keep his mind and body engaged and out of trouble.
