Meet Tacoma! Tacoma is a 1 year old white and brown pointer / pittie mix that just arrived at our Butler shelter. Tacoma is an absolute joy to be around and loves everyone he comes into contact with. To say Tacoma is a happy and playful dog would be an understatement as all he wants to do is go for long walks or play with the other dogs at our shelter or fetch his toys for you. Tacoma walks very nicely on a leash so anyone of any age can walk him. He also would do great around children and would be fine in a home with another dog. Tacoma already knows how to sit and stay and to wait for a treat and when he takes a treat from your hand he does it very gently. Tacoma loves to run around in the new fenced in area that our shelter has so he would be in heaven to have a large fenced in yard to call his own to play in. If you are someone that loves to go running or for long hikes or any other activity then Tacoma is the perfect canine companion to have by your side. Tacoma has already been neutered, is microchipped and is up to date on all vaccinations, and he is now waiting ever so patiently for his forever family to come along and show him how good life can be.
