Meet Sophie
Sophie is a 8 year old black and tan coonhound who weighs about 70 lbs. Sophie has been in rescue for over 5 years -- much too long!. She longs for a loving home with a fenced yard or larger property.
We acquired her from another rescue when it closed. She is sweet and loving with people. She tends to be aggressive towards other dogs. She requires supervision around any other animals. She is house -trained. Sophie is currently housed at our rescue location in Colbert, GA
Because of her age and the prolonged time spent in rescue, Sophie has a reduced adoption fee of $100. She just need a great home with a fenced-in yard where she spend the rest of her life. Sophie is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations and is on flea, tick and heart worm preventatives, and microchipped.
