Abbey the Beagle Mix Beagle & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Madison Heights, MI

Abbey is an approximately 7-8 year old Beagle mix. She may be mixed with Rat Terrier or Jack Russell Terrier. She is friendly and gentle when meeting new people and responds well with children.

She is the only dog in her foster Mom's house so it is unknown at this time how she would get along with another dog in the house. Any prospective adopter with a dog currently in the home should plan on bringing the dog with them to meet Abbey. She likes dogs she meets on her walks so she will probably be fine with a canine companion.

Abbey is housebroken. She keeps her crate clean when left alone in it for 2-3 hours. She is active and energetic. Daily walks or runs at a doggie park would suit her well.

Abbey is current on vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm disease and is on monthly heartworm preventative and Frontline Plus. She has also had a dental done.
