Meet Jake, a 6 year old Golden Retriever mix who is loving and eager-to-please. Jake loves to chase balls and snuggle with his people. He is great with other dogs and with cats. He is housebroken, neutered, and up-to-date on all his shots. Jake is waiting for his new person to rub his belly!

Jake's ideal home will have an active lifestyle and experience establishing consistent rules. Jake developed fear-based behaviors in his previous home, and is now learning to overcome them with positive reinforcement and practice. At this time, he is best suited in a household without young children, or with new dog owners.
