Meet Elsa

My name is Elsa. When I was found as a stray, I was nearly frozen and I had a large, open sore. I was extremely thin and I weighed about 35 pounds. Today, I am a whopping 50 pounds! I've made so much progress since I first arrived at Cedar Bend! I am a wonderful girl who gets along well with cats, dogs, and kids! I would be the perfect addition to any family! I am current on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested, and started on flea/tick prevention.
