Meet Rocky

Rocky is a long tall sweetheart of a guy, about 12 years old, who came to ACAR after having a tough time surviving as a stray. He was declawed and neutered when found so we think he was someone's pet who was abandoned when he became ill. He was at death's door and it has taken several months to nurse him back to health but we are happy to have saved such a loving guy.

Rocky loves to curl up in a soft bed or a sunny window. He also loves to be held and petted, and was very cooperative when on medication. He may need some dental work in the future and only has one functioning kidney so he probably won't be one of those cats who live to be 20, but he has some good years left and tons of love to give.
