Meet Felicity
Felicity. What a beauty. She's a long hair grey/white/cream torti. Her fur is so pretty. We groom her a couple times a week and she tolerates this. Her birthday is 12/24/12--almost a Christmas baby! She has CH/cerebellar hypoplasia but is very mild. Please see below for more information on CH. Felicity loves to be petted. She may not always like to be picked up, but she sure likes to rub around our legs to show her love. Such a beautiful face. It's so sweet when she plays--she picks out the small fuzzy mice to bat around. A real nice young adult with a lot of sweetness. She'd like a quiet home where there's a lap to lay on!

WHAT IS CEREBELLAR HYPOPLASIA/CH?
This is a disorder found in cats and dogs which causes jerky movements, tremors and generally walking and balance problems. It is a non-progressive and non-contagious condition. Symptoms appear at birth although they may not be noticed until the kitten starts walking. If CH-like symptoms show up suddenly or later in life, this would not be CH. CH cats are put into 3 categories--mild, moderate and severe. They are just like other cats but are slightly wobbly! Their life span is just the same as any other cat. They are super sweet, love to play, purr, be held and do things that other cats enjoy doing! If interested, call FFRC at 419-393-2400 and talk to Jacci.
