Meet Maggie Mae

8-9 year old female pit/french bulldog. Maggie Mae's story started life out at the Town of Hempstead shelter for 2 years (she was 2 at the time) before we rescued her. Her foster family fell in love and kept her but due to a situation change Maggie is now in boarding. Maggie is good with children but is best with mainly larger male dogs. Meet and greets are a must. Maggie is about 55lbs knows sit and would do best in a home with a fenced in yard (Maggie can het over excited on walks and start to chew and play tug with her leash). She loves butt scratches and chewing her bones (only certain bones will stand up to her chewing and not become a hazard). Maggie is house broken and crate trained. She has a high prey drive so please no small animals.
