Requirements for Adoption
1. If you have other pets in the home, you will need to provide proof of current rabies vaccines.
3. If you rent your home, we will need to verify that you have your landlord’s approval for the pet.
4. If you have other pets, we strongly encourage you to bring them to the shelter to meet the animal you wish to adopt first, to make sure everyone will get along.
 The SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare's adoption fees vary. Please call the shelter for each pet's adoption fee: 803-648-6863. Adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, feline leukemia testing, spay/neuter and microchip implantation and registration.
