Note From An NHS Volunteer: Hazel is such a sweetheart!! She is very friendly and a little goof - lots of fun! She already has learned how to do a little dance/beg for treats so she probably knows more and/or will be easy to train. She won't last long so if you're interested, please come and meet Hazel and prepare to fall in love!

All the dogs at Northwoods Humane Society have had a basic exam by a tech. They have been tested for Heartworm (if over 6 months of age), had at least their first distemper combo vaccination (2nd if here longer), dewormed with a general dewormer, and had a flea and tick treatment applied if applicable. All the dogs will be spayed or neutered before they are adopted to their new permanent homes. Dog adoption fees range from $125 to $455 + tax; Puppy adoption fees range from $285 to $455 + tax. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dogs as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label along with selecting the breed(s) that we think they are.
