Frankie is a 3 year old black and white male that weighs 52 lbs. He has been at the shelter since July 2015. He is a people dog because he loves all people. He LOVES TOYS, games, people, swimming, going for walks and giving kisses! He also LOVES his favorite blanket. He has a lot of energy and is very affectionate. He likes kids, but is protective of his toys so he would need a home without any small children. He is strong willed and rarely likes other dogs so he needs to be the only animal in the home. Frankie has a $30 sponsorship toward his reduced $40 adoption fee.
