Barkley Beagle & Shetland Sheepdog / Sheltie Mix Indianapolis, IN

Barkley is a sociable guy. Plays well with other dogs, loves people. Best guess is that he is a beagle/sheltie mix, but anything is possible. He is a pretty happy guy. The shelter he came from had some type of mass removed from his right shoulder area, which is healing nicely. We haven't had him long, but he doesn't go potty in his kennel so far so that is a good sign that he has been housebroken. Now he would love to have a home so he can show off just how well behaved he can be! Come meet him at one of our adoption events!

*We just learned that Barkley is also heart-worm positive, so he will be needing to undergo treatment. He could use a quiet foster home to recover in. If you are interested, please let us know!

We cannot hold animals more than 7 days after we receive a deposit as we don't want them to miss out on a forever home.
Adopters are required to come to us to meet the pets. We cannot ship or transport animals.
