Meet Sophie! As you can see from the video, this beautiful fluffy girl appears to be a black lab/golden cross. She is a very outgoing and social puppy that is currently about 10 weeks old. Please note: All of our dogs are fostered locally a minimum of 2 weeks. Adopting a dog that has been fostered locally is a very important consideration. Animals that are fostered locally in private homes allow the fosters to learn more about the dogs personality and allows for making the best match possible. Also, animals that are transported into our area and placed directly often carry diseases, including parvo and distemper. Animals can also become ill on transports to the northeast, as they are exposed to other animals enroute. If you have any questions regarding these diseases and the risks of not adopting locally, please contact your vet.
