Hi, I'm Rudy! I was found as a stray with the longest toenails you can ever imagine and no hair! I weigh about 31 pounds. I recently was diagnosed with demodex, a condition that has caused me very oily skin and no hair, but it is not contagious and I've started meds. Other dogs here at the shelter have had this condition as well and they started sprouting lots of hair after treatment. Hair or no hair, I'm one of the happiest dogs you'll probably ever meet. I love exploring the world with my nose (that's what beagles do!) and am super excited to meet new friends. I also love playing ball and am quite active. I'm neutered, updated on my vaccines and microchipped. Stop by soon and ask for me, Rudy! You're sure to fall in love with me!
