Twinkie German Shepherd Dog & Collie Mix Waxhaw, NC

Meet Twinkie a beautiful Shepherd/Collie mix born March 27th 2015. Twinkie is a very smart and active puppy. She was born in her foster home after her mother was rescued from an area shelter. Twinkie loves to play with other dogs and children. She is an adventurous puppy that loves romping around in the yard and chewing on sticks. She is learning basic commands and catching on quickly. After a long day of play, she settles down for the night in her crate without a complaint. Her foster mom says she is doing great with house training. She would be best suited in a home with children over 10 years of age. Having a fenced in yard in her new home would be great for Twinkie to burn off some of puppy energy. She would also make a great hiking and running partner when she is full grown. Like most puppy’s, she would thrive with continued training and a structure environment. She currently weighs 28lbs and will weigh around 75lbs full grown. Her adoption donation of $250 includes her current vaccines, microchip and future spay.
