All our animals are tested for heartworms, vaccinated, microchipped and most are sterilized prior to adoption. Dog Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet from West Memphis Animal Services. We want to place our animals in permanent responsible homes and at the same time match you with a pet that is suitable for your family and your lifestyle.

Our Dog Adoption fee is $100.00 which includes: Current on all shots, Rabies, Spay or Neuter, and testing for heartworms, current heartworm and flea and tick prevention and microchipped.
**You must be at least 21 years old to apply for adoption.
