Rosie is an adorable & lloving 16lb little ball of fun! She is 5-6 year old Dachshund/Jack Russell Terrier mix looking for her forever home. Rosie is very playful and will amaze you with her ability to walk on her hind legs. Her favorite toy is a tug of war rope meant for a 60lb dog, not a munchkin like her. Rosie settles down very easily and will curl up next to you on the couch or on your lap. She is crate trained and will wait by the door or get you attention when she needs to be let out on a leash or fenced yard.

She was initially weary of meeting new people, but now she can't get enough attention from everyone. She's mastered sit and will readily go into her crate. She's very responsive to commands and will generally come when called and stay in her 'place' next to the couch when told. My children love her!

Rosie has proven to be great with other dogs and we think she'd love a playmate. Rosie is very curious of cats but backs off easily and does okay with them.

She was previously called Andy so in the video you will here Andy but she now responds to Rosie.
