Hi there! My name is Louise and I arrived at Great Plains SPCA from another shelter. Don't you just love my pretty coat? One awesome fact about me is that I have a sister named Thelma, who also happens to be my best friend! We are a bonded pair so we must go to our forever home together. We are a playful and outgoing pair! We love to greet everyone we see and play together in the yards with volunteers.
