Lilly (and Jada) - Lapcats! Himalayan Kirkland, WA

Lilly and Jada are two great friends who came to MEOW recently when their owner became unable to care for them. Lilly is a purebred Himalayan (photos 1 and 2) while Jada is a black domestic short-hair (photo 3). They have spent many years together and would love to spend many more in their new home.

The owner of these two sweethearts described them both as a quiet and mellow lap cats. Jada loves to be held as well! Both are very loving and affectionate, though Jada seems to crave the most attention. They will need a home ready to provide them with lots of love!

Lilly and Jada do seem to get along with other cats, though they wouldn't mind being your only cats either. They have lived with dogs before and would prefer not to repeat it unless it is a dog that would ignore them for the most part. These ladies have no patience for playful puppies. Likewise, they would prefer a home with older children or no kids as they are only interested in being gently loved on.

Lilly was assessed as a Sidekick in our Meet Your Match Feline-ality program. Like all sidekicks, these cats are just plain good company. They like attention but can take a back-seat and be alone too. They do not go looking for trouble but they are not a scary-cat either. If you are looking for a steady companion to travel with you on the road of life, consider a Sidekick!

Jada was assessed as a Secret Admirer in our Meet Your Match Feline-ality program. Secret Admirers do not leap paws first into relationships. Rather, they prefer to take their time getting to know you. Show them a little patience and they will shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. In the beginning stages of your new relationship, you may not see a lot of them but they will definitely be admiring you from afar and thinking of you.
