Meet Pumpkin
6/29/15 - Update - Pumpkin is still at the shelter waiting for her new forever family to come along. We promise you will fall in love with Pumpkin just like all of our volunteers have so please contact us about meeting her today!
Meet Pumpkin! Pumpkin is a 1 1/2 year old brown and white terrier that has been at our Butler shelter for several months and she is such a fun and playful little dog. Pumpkin is a well behaved and mild mannered girl who walks very gently on a leash. She enjoys going for long walks or playing with her stuffed toys. She also likes to be a lap dog as the minute you sit down with her she will jump right into your lap to receive all of your attention and affection and she will continually lick you in the face! One of Pumpkin's favorite things to do is to chase after her tennis ball so if you have a fenced in yard that she can play fetch in then Pumpkin would be in heaven!! Pumpkin would be fine in home with another dog just as long as the two dogs get along but she needs to go to a home with no cats. She would also do well with children ages 5 and up so as long as there are no toddlers in the house she would be fine. Pumpkin has unique markings on her as her coat is mostly solid brown and white but she also has some brown polka dots on her chest too which makes her stand out! She is also has one ear that points up and another one that sticks down which makes her look absolutely adorable! All of our volunteers really love her and what's not to love as she is such a sweet and wonderful little dog. We would really like to help Pumpkin find her forever home soon as she has been at the shelter for little while now and she is starting to get depressed as she needs to be able to run and play every day.
