Meet ROSALYN
Name; ROSALYN
Gender: UNALTERED FEMALE
Breed: Blue Tick Coonhound
Picked up as stray (no history)
Age: 5 - 6 YRS OLD
Weight: 31 lbs
Height: 20 inches
DAPP GIVEN & WORMED AT INTAKE
*Good with big/small dogs if they don’t become too playful
* Good with the cats
* Good with adults and children
* Unknown if housebroken
Rosalyn (the shelter is calling her Rosie) has a long and sad story. She was found by someone and literally carried into the shelter two weeks ago. She was too thin and weak to stand on her own. She weighed 23 pounds and apparently has been the victim of abuse. She was having trouble with a rear leg and initially could not raise her head off the floor (neck?) but both have improved and she is “running” around. She is very sweet but timid. She is now getting used to people and likes their attention. She wags her tail when she sees Alisia in the morning and will climb in her lap. She will not go into the grass when she goes outside. She remains on
the pavement. It’s as if she’s never seen grass before. She is up to 31 pounds. Alisia says “I love her!”
