Lookin’ for love in his golden years, Cowboy now realizes from his eight years of experience what he wants in life: a warm-hearted companion to spend every day with. This ruggedly handsome 35-pound Australian Cattle Dog dreams of a quiet coffee hour in the morning on the couch, a couple of walks past his favorite lawns during the day—maybe even a trip or two to the pet store!—a cozy nap, and then maybe watching his favorite shows with you back on that same couch. You can throw in some backyard fetch and maybe a weekend visit to your favorite dog-friendly beer garden here and there, but for the most part, Cowboy just wants to be with someone who loves his gorgeous ginger self! Where you go, he goes.

Cowboy had the tumors you see in the "before" photograph removed from his leg (all benign!) so he’s ready to go! Crate trained, fabulous recall, and as sweet and friendly as can be, we also believe he is house trained. If you’re in the market for a laid back cattle dog, come meet Cowboy and make his day!
