Last year, law enforcement in a small southern town found some dogs in a very bad way. Electra, skeletal and profoundly neglected, went into a municipal shelter, sought justice for her and her kin. Case over, Electra needed to move forward with her life. Her foster family, two and four footers, love this girl's easy energy. Observant, gracious, well-mannered, and lovely - proper adjectives to describe this survivor.
