Hi, I'm Jacob! The vet says that I am about 9 years old, but I act like a dog half my age. I say it just means I have extensive cuddling experience. :-) I weigh 7 pounds and I'm part chihuahua and part something else-- maybe dachshund?

I'm housebroken and I love my wire crate (especially when it's dinner time!). I'm quiet and I very rarely bark. In my foster home I'm getting along well with the other dogs, and my foster mom says that I am great with her 9 year old little girl.

I'd be happy in a home with or without other dogs, as long as I had my special person. And toys, I love toys! Gentle children 8 and up would be fine too.
