Meet LUKE-DAWGS

Meet LUKE, a handsome, very intelligent, 68 lb., 19 month old, yellow lab/hound mix boy. He is affectionate, friendly and playful. Luke loves kids of all ages and enjoys a game of fetch! He also gets along well with other dogs and cats.

Luke graduated from the DAWGS in Prison program,
http://www.dawgsinprison.com in 2015 and has done very well in his home.
His Mom has just received a devastating medical diagnosis and is unable to continue to care for Luke. She and Luke enjoyed trail runs, rides in the car, the dog park and just hanging out at home.

Luke is currently being fostered by one of our DAWGS volunteer trainers.
While attending DAWGS training, Luke mastered all his commands and is crate trained, house trained, and basic obedience trained. He can be expected to sit, stay, recall, down, heel, and respond to no and leave it. He also walks well on a leash. Luke was the Top Dog of his class and continues to be impressive today!
He is up to date on all vaccines as well as neutered.
