Leo Sweetheart Domestic Short Hair Mt. Vernon, NY

Everyone loves Leo! One look at this guy says it all. He is about 3 1/2 years old. He is super-sweet, mellow, gentle and docile. He loves to be pet, and craves affection. Poor Leo was being used to kill mice in a store. He had no life and was kept half-starved. At first, Leo was a little shy around people. He clearly was not used to all the love and attention he was getting from our volunteers.

However, within several weeks he learned that people were really good, and that he was in a happy, new world. Now you'll find Leo sitting on the windowsill, waiting and watching for his new family to come and treat him like a prince. Could that be you? Leo is a doll, and we know that he will make someone very happy. Please come and meet him.
