UPDATE: BAILEY HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY HER FOSTER FAMILY AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER :)...WHAT A LUCKY GIRL!!!

Bailey is still looking for her special home. A home that will engage in lots of hikes and dog sports. Bailey is beyond smart and needs an active, dog savvy home. Bailey is around 3 years old. Her manners are AMAZING now thanks to her awesome foster home that have worked so hard with her to make the best she can be. Bailey can be prey-driven with small animals but responds well when told to leave it. It is best Bailey not be placed in a home with them.

UPDATE:. Bailey has recovered nicely after her spay surgery and loves her foster home. She is house-trained in this home and has settled nicely. Thank you Cera and Paula for taking her under your wing!

Hi, my name is Bailey and I am happy to be off my chain and in foster care. I was kept on a chain my entire life and have had multiple litters back-to-back since reaching puberty. I am approximately 3 to 4 years old and so relieved that I will not be having anymore puppies. Cross Our Paws will be spaying me this week. I LOVE to play with other dogs but prefer dogs my size or larger. I have a strong prey-drive so no small pets in the home for me. My house manners have come along well and I love sleeping in my crate at night. I love people and learning to greet in a calmer way instead of jumping on them. I just want please at every chance and sometimes I overdue it. I am learning to walk better on leash and their is room for improvement there. I weigh just over 60 lbs and my breed mix is Labrador Retriever mixed with some good ol Border Collie and maybe some Terrier in there too. I prefer a home with older kids and I will chase cats if they run.
