Meet Emma
Hello, my name is Emma, I am about 8 years old and my foster mom says I am a
beautiful, gentle, sweet girl.
You’ll really appreciate that I’m house-trained, I sleep through the night, I always do
what my foster mom tells me to do and I know how to sit, lie down, shake a paw, and stay! My foster brother is my best friend and we play and play and play! There are two older cats in my foster home but I just ignore them. Squirrels however are a different matter – I think they were put on this earth just for me to chase them!
I do have some issues with dogs I haven’t met before so my foster mom is taking some dog reactive training classes with me. I can’t go on off-leash walks and might have to always be on-leash but we’ll see after I’ve had some training. I think that I just need to work on building my confidence. And I’m just fine with other dogs once I get to know them.I will require a forever parent(s) who will be dedicated to my training and confidence building. I do have some resource guarding issues that I'm working on. For now I would be best in a home with older kids only. I can’t wait to meet you so we can start our lives together and I can share all my love with you!
