Meet Mary Jane
This pretty girl is 6-7 years old and she weighs 60 pounds. Mary Jane has not had a happy life. She spent years chained outside---never knowing any kind of love or friendship from a human companion. She's been waiting with us for a long time for that special someone who will open their heart to her and give her the chance to have a warm, safe, happy home. Mary Jane can still be shy when meeting new people, but she's learned that people can be kind and trusted and is willing to accept attention and interact with human friends---especially when she's outdoors. She enjoys being outside, but will definitely need a nice fenced yard to keep her safe. We are desperately hoping that our girl will someday be riding off of the shelter property on her way HOME!
