**A special needs dog can range anywhere from the elderly or injured in need of daily medication to the disabled requiring special restrictions and to the socially challenged in need of a patient and experienced owner.
The dogs here have a second chance at life because of Arizona Chihuahua Rescue. We believe EVERY dog has an owner out there who will love them, care for them and accept them just the way they are.

Doodles DOB is 10/1/2010 and she weighs about 8 lbs.

Hello, my name is Doodles. I was born in 2010 and approximately 14lbs. I've been in the rescue most of my life waiting for my forever home. I'm great with older kids and other dogs. My favorite thing to do is snuggle. I also love walks and I'm very well behaved on a leash. I'm kennel trained as well as potty trained and use the doggy door well.
Part of the reason I've been in the rescue as long as I have is because I'm special, I require a twice a day medication and routine blood work so that I don't have seizures. My medication is very inexpensive but very important, so it would require a special person to make that commitment to me for life.
