Caring4Cats Rescue
Our Mission
At Caring4Cats rescue, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless and displaced cats in our local Jefferson County community. We strive to provide a second chance for a warm, loving, and comfortable life for this pet population. As part of our mission, we provide hospice placement for unadoptable cats for a comfortable end-of-life journey; as well as trap, neuter, and release (TNR) services to help curb the feral cat population within our community. We provide all that is required for the pets we encounter, including veterinary care, food, and shelter.
Adoption Policy
First thing is to fill out the application via my website or Facebook page. From there I review and if I find the adoptee is a candidate I follow up with a phone call interview, if that process goes well. I schedule a homecheck.
If all the boxes are Checked then I approve the adoption and schedule a pick up.
To some people this process may seem extreme but I pride myself in finding the right home, not just any home.
