Mission Rescue Alliance

Our Mission

Mission Rescue Alliance (MRA) is a 501c3 public charity devoted to dogs and cats most at risk in high-kill shelters. In alliance with shelters, adopters, fosters and partner rescues, our volunteer-run Team leads our precious animals on the journey from the euthanasia list to rehabilitation to forever homes where they can live the rest of their lives with a loving family of their own. Our group was established in February 2022 in response to the tragedy of pets displaced by the war in Ukraine, and we remain actively engaged in rescue efforts in Ukraine.
